Feature:

1. The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. It is suitable for non-carbonated drink filling machine.

2. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine.

3. The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling mineral water and pure water in bottles made of polyester and plastics.

4. The machine can also be used in hot filling if it is installed with temperature controlling device. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.

5. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the micro pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted.

6. The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

7. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.

8. The suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.

9. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.

10. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted uninterruptedly. Capping is reliable and does no harm to the caps.
